Do you provide a free quotation?
Yes, valid for thirty days.

Do you have a showroom?
No. We do not currently see this as a viable,
economical assett to our business.

Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. We encourage you to and continue to ask
customers if they mind an ocassional visit to
show off our stunning work.

Do you do built in furniture?
Yes, living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms,
offices, shops

Will you work with MDF?
Yes.
Q.
I have heard things about MDF, is it bad for
my health?
MDF should be worked in an open space where
possible with appropriate personal protection
equipment worn by the user. Once installed it
is fine to touch and use as any other timber.
Q.
Do you paint or varnish timber that you fit?
No, this is not included in the price unless
otherwise quoted for. Finishing services are
available.

Do you sand or fill the timber products that
you fit?
Yes. The timber/product(s) will be ready for
primer, paint or varnish etc.

I am worried about the mess you might make when
working in my home or offices. Will there be
lots to clean up?
No. We cover any areas of concern with dust
sheets, cardboard prior to working. We also
utilise the most modern techniques and tools
to keep dust and noise to a minimum. Where possible
we will work outside.
Q.
I need new internal doors now but am renewing
the carpets at a later date, is this ok?
No. To get the best fitting door the carpets
should be laid first.
Q.
Do you always use double glazing in new doors
and windows?
Yes, on new builds to meet with part 'L' of
the building regulations. When retro fitting
on existing buildings this is customer preferrence.
Q.
I like the look of traditional timber windows
and doors but isnt PVCu a better choice now?
No. Timber is sustainable, durable and stronger
than PVCu and composite materials. Also there
are no complex, expensive manufacturing costs.
As energy costs increase, people will resort
back to natural products such as timber.
