Q. Do you provide a free quotation?
Yes, valid for thirty days.

Q. Do you have a showroom?
No. We do not currently see this as a viable, economical assett to our business.

Q. Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. We encourage you to and continue to ask customers if they mind an ocassional visit to show off our stunning work.

Q. Do you do built in furniture?
Yes, living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, shops

Q. I am considering custom made / built-in furniture can you describe the process?
Yes, please click here to see our design process.

Q. Will you work with MDF?
Yes.

Q. I have heard things about MDF, is it bad for my health?
MDF should be worked in an open space where possible with appropriate personal protection equipment worn by the user. Once installed it is fine to touch and use as any other timber.

Q. Do you paint or varnish timber that you fit?
No, this is not included in the price unless otherwise quoted for. Finishing services are available.

Q. Do you sand or fill the timber products that you fit?
Yes. The timber/product(s) will be ready for primer, paint or varnish etc.

Q. I am worried about the mess you might make when working in my home or offices. Will there be lots to clean up?
No. We cover any areas of concern with dust sheets, cardboard prior to working. We also utilise the most modern techniques and tools to keep dust and noise to a minimum. Where possible we will work outside.

Q. I need new internal doors now but am renewing the carpets at a later date, is this ok?
No. To get the best fitting door the carpets should be laid first.

Q. Do you always use double glazing in new doors and windows?
Yes, on new builds to meet with part 'L' of the building regulations. When retro fitting on existing buildings this is customer preferrence.

Q. I like the look of traditional timber windows and doors but isnt PVCu a better choice now?
No. Timber is sustainable, durable and stronger than PVCu and composite materials. Also there are no complex, expensive manufacturing costs. As energy costs increase, people will resort back to natural products such as timber.
