When moving house it is recommended by the Police, and required by the insurance company to change your locks. We understand these requirements.
We understand that this can be expensive so understandably some customers wish to change only the front door lock and bolt the rest from inside. If doing this always change the deadlock as this is more secure than the cylinder and the one most important for insurance purposes
